Pegasus School Expansion Contract Award!

Encon are pleased to announce the contract award for South Gloucestershire Council’s SGS Pegasus School Expansion. Construction will commence next week with works comprising of the enhancement of Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) provision at SGS Pegasus School, to provide additional pupil places of 40 students to meet the demand for SEND school spaces in the area. The works include an extension to the existing building which will include 5 new classrooms, staff resource areas, new welfare facilities; alongside enhancement to soft/hard landscaping areas, external learning spaces and car park area.

Our team are excited by this opportunity to deliver a quality project in close collaboration with the client team and design team including AtkinsRéalis, Craddys, Studio LIME Ltd, BJP Consulting Group Ltd, Intrado Consulting Engineers and KJG Architecture, Inc.

This project was procured through the Procure Partnerships Framework. Established to support public sector bodies to procure quality contractor partners, the Procure Partnerships Framework pushes the boundaries of how procurement can support public sector bodies to deliver their strategic targets.
