Pencerrig Street, Llanbradach was constructed in partnership with United Welsh, Hatcher Prichard Architects, Shear Design and Expedite. The development comprises of 10 affordable 1 bedroom apartments completed in 2020.

The project is set within the heart of Llanbradach within close proximity of well-established Victorian terraced streets, and therefore close liaison with the surrounding residents throughout the build was vital to the successful delivery of this project.

The apartments were constructed using off-site manufactured timber frame units, erected on site with a concrete face brick envelope.

The project was awarded a Considerate Constructors Scheme Performance Beyond Compliance Certificate.

We have delivered a wide range of community benefits including apprentice placements for our fellow client Merthyr Valleys Homes, provided full time employment for a previously unemployed United Welsh Tenant and delivered an extensive Future Generations programme to local primary and comprehensive schools in the area.
