A great day showing Women in Property Wales around Encon’s flagship project, Leckwith Road Community Living!
The day started off with a presentation with speakers Antonia John and Michael Flew from Encon Construction, Joanne Chaplin from GRAYS (Consulting Engineers) Ltd, Rebecca Hooper, Heather Ryan and Kate Cutter from Cardiff Council (our Client) to talk through the projects key objectives and allow for Q&A. Continued by a tour and walk through the older persons affordable housing development.
The scheme has delivered a range of fantastic social value outcomes, and once complete will provide sustainable and accessible homes, alongside community facilities for local people.
