In November 2019 our apprentice Civil Engineer Jack Lewis has won Wales East Apprentice of the Year at the Construction Industry Training Board #CITBAwards in London.
This award is a testament to Jacks commitment to the civil engineering industry & the support he has had from Team Encon’s civils team at Bridgwater, Evesham & Avonmouth, his EnCon mentor Kareem Mansour and Julie Donoghue of the CITB and Coleg Gwent.
As a result of Jack’s success and commitment he has been promoted to trainee position within our Civil Engineering division
