We are thrilled to announce that we have been appointed to construct an affordable housing development on the former St John’s College site in Trowbridge, Cardiff, on behalf of our client, Cardiff Community Housing Association.
This exciting development will feature 58 homes, comprising a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments and houses, all built to EPC A Standard, ensuring exceptional energy efficiency and sustainability. The project will be delivered in partnership with CCHA, Cardiff Council, Llywodraeth Cymru / Welsh Government, and our project team: Blake Morgan LLP, LeTrucco Design Ltd and PHG Consulting Engineers.
