Finley John finishes his 3 weeks of work experience at our Unit 4 Heads of the Valleys site! As part of the site engineering taster experience, Finley shadowed our Site Engineer Daniel Cope to get an introduction into engineering and construction.
Finley has had a productive 3 weeks with Dan, setting out concrete joints/shutters, using the robotic EDM, learning how to dissect and read drawings, introduction into AutoCAD and the transferal off data.
Special thank you to Dan who passed his HNC in Civil Engineering last year, achieving a promotion from Trainee to Site Engineer and is now thriving in a mentor role supporting future generations into the industry.
