Fostering an Inclusive Culture – As part of our Leckwith Road Community Living Project Cardiff Council we had an enlightening and empowering training day, led by the fantastic Kath Foot Career Coach and Trainer; who designed and led a very engaging and thought provoking course.
Kath delivered the first of 2 training days designed exclusively for Encon Construction to help improve the skills for an inclusive working environment that promotes and enables diversity, belonging and equity.
We were very pleased to have been joined by the our Leckwith Road Supply Chain and would like to thank them for attending and supporting the Leckwith Road Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Programme. Moving forward as a collective we hope to go forward to further foster equality, diversity and inclusion both within our own organisations and across the industry.
