46/45! 📢 Second CCS visit for Leckwith Road Community Living and we’re happy to receive full marks again as well as scoring an extra point for Best Practice, taking the site from the performance level of Excellent to Outstanding.
The team are currently delivering the affordable housing older persons and community scheme in partnership with Cardiff Council. Congratulations to the project team for getting top marks and beyond!
The scheme also won a Bronze CCS Award earlier this year at that National Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards in London.
