Encon Construction developed a new 1800ft² Costa Coffee Drive Thru in Brynmawr; in partnership with our client Harrington Harris Investments and the project team Strongs Partnership, C+A Design, Bingham Hall Partnership, Avison Young, Asbri Planning and WYG Group.

The design and construction of Costa Drive Thru retail unit comprised of the building shell, all incoming services and bin store together with external works including roads and pavements, car parking, drive thru lane, external hard and soft landscaping, street furniture, patio and parking, area lighting, sign foundations, sign ductwork, induction loop ductwork, surface and foul water drainage, mains water, electricity and telecom supplies and all off site connections.

This project continues our successful work in the retail construction and civil engineering sector, and will be our fourth Drive Thru project, following on from previous drive thru projects completed in Cardiff and Pencoed.
