Encon Construction are very pleased to have commenced construction of a new shared used community building – Belle Vue Pavilion, Penarth. The project is being developed in partnership with our client, Vale of Glamorgan Council, and the project team Grays Consulting Engineers and Owen Associates. The pavilion will feature a kitchen, multi-use hall, toilets, area for a kiosk / café, outdoor seating area and much more. Built with accessibility in mind, it will also house the first changing places space in central Penarth.
Construction works for the project consist of demolition of the existing pavilion, construction of a new pavilion, adjustment to external works areas and construction of footpaths, retaining walls and landscaping and creation of external level pedestrian access.
