Cracking start to the year at our Leckwith Road Community Living project in Cardiff with the concrete frame progressing at a great pace. In collaboration with our RC frame supply chain partner Stephenson Group, the first floor slab is well underway.
Our team are currently delivering the older persons and community scheme in partnership with our client Cardiff Council and the project team Blake Morgan LLP, Pentan Architects, GRAYS Consulting Engineers and Services Design Solution. The scheme will consist of 41 older person flats, communal facilities, a new community centre and a relocated MUGA, together with associated car parking, communal garden and access road. All the properties will be built to Welsh Government DQR standards for use as Council rented accommodation and will be designed to EPC A standards.
