This project was based on a site mostly surrounded by residential property with agricultural land to one side. It comprised the re-instatement of the garden centre after it was burnt down. The fire damaged structure was demolished and removed from site, leaving a concrete floor slab and timber hoarding. The project comprised of new strip and pad foundations and new slab.
A3 bay structural steel portal frame was built with Kingswood insulated wall cladding and roof cladding fixed. Polyester powder coated sliding entrance doors and double glazed windows and external canopies were fitted. The works included all mechanical and electrical service installations, drainage alterations, soft and hard standings and all external works.
The electrical substation was reconstructed along with a pump house and water storage tanks for the sprinkler systems. Rainwater Harvesting was fitted to aid in the reduction of water usage and all landscaping around the premises was carried out.
