This project is being constructed in collaboration with our client Mileway and the project team JLL, RPA Quantity Surveyors, Cambria Consulting, Lawray Architects.

The 2,415 sqm industrial unit will offer warehousing and manufacturing space, along with open-plan office accommodation on the first floor. The property will also feature staff welfare and changing facilities on the ground floor. The scheme aims to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ and an EPC rating of A. Externally, the site will benefit from a secure gated yard, parking, and landscaped outdoor amenity space.
