Encon has recently been awarded two affordable housing contracts:
🏠 Former St John’s College, Trowbridge, Cardiff (Cardiff Community Housing Association) – 58 homes
🏠 Former Cowbridge Grammar School (Hafod) – 34 homes
To support the successful delivery of these projects, we are looking to expand our local supply chain. We invite suppliers to join our Meet the Buyer event, where you’ll have the opportunity to discuss work packages in a virtual one-to-one meeting with our commercial team via Microsoft Teams.
