With the envelope now complete, internal works have been progressing well at our Unit 4 Heads of the Valley, Rhymney site.
The 2,415 sqm industrial unit will offer warehousing and manufacturing space, along with open-plan office accommodation on the first floor. The property will also feature staff welfare and changing facilities on the ground floor. The scheme aims to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ and an EPC rating of A. Externally, the site will benefit from a secure gated yard, parking, and landscaped outdoor amenity space.
