What a week for our South Gloucestershire Council’s Pegasus School Expansion site, with the completion of the structural steel erection just before Christmas! Well done to our project team and supply chain partners.
About the project: Works comprise of the enhancement of Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) provision at SGS Pegasus School, to provide additional pupil places of 40 students to meet the demand for SEND school spaces in the area. The works include an extension to the existing building which will include 5 new classrooms, staff resource areas, new welfare facilities; alongside enhancement to soft/hard landscaping areas, external learning spaces and car park area.
This project was procured through the Procure Partnerships Framework. Established to support public sector bodies to procure quality contractor partners, the Procure Partnerships Framework pushes the boundaries of how procurement can support public sector bodies to deliver their strategic targets.
