  • Construction of a new 2,160m2 (23,250sq.ft.) waste processing plant building, structural steel frame and cladding on piled RC foundations, and associated external infrastructure works.
  • Storm water and foul water with filter drainage installations site wide, including connections to existing SW and FW drainage.
  • Installation of a 1000m³ storm water attenuation tank and associated interceptor units.
  • Service ducting installations.
  • Construction of external reinforced concrete hard-standings and access roads, with associated perimeter kerbing and tarmac footways.
  • Electrical installations to the WPP building, including solar PV roof-mounted system.
