Encon Construction have recently been awarded the contract to deliver the Leckwith Road Community Living Scheme on behalf of Cardiff Council. The scheme will consist of 41 older person flats, communal facilities, a new community centre and a relocated MUGA, together with associated car parking, communal garden and access road.
We are looking to extend our local supply chain with a ‘Meet the Buyer’ event to support the delivery of the Leckwith Road Community Living Scheme and have the following supply chain opportunities available:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinklers and PV.
- Underfloor Heating and Floor Screed.
- External SFS and Façade including Brick Slips.
- Window and External Doors.
- Balcony Balustrading and Handrails.
- Internal Drylining and Firestopping.
- Loft Insulation.
- Flat Roof Coverings.
- Ceramic Tiling.
- Mastic Sealants.
- Cleaning (Builders and Sparkle).
- External Fencing.
