Super to share pictures of our community project Belle Vue Pavilion as it nears completion. It’s going to be a fantastic community facility and built with accessibility in mind, it will also house the first changing places space in central Penarth.
Well done to our building team for a great build and also achieving performance level “Excellent” for our Considerate Constructors Scheme monitoring visits.
The project is being developed in partnership with our client Vale of Glamorgan Council and Owen Associates. The pavilion will feature a kitchen, multi-use hall, toilets, area for a kiosk/café, outdoor seating area and much more.
Construction works for the project consists of:
- Demolition of the existing pavilion
- Construction of a new pavilion
- Adjustment to external works areas
- construction of footpaths, retaining walls and landscaping
- Creation of external level pedestrian access
